Erick Sanchez has been an Associate of AXKT-IP since 2023, and he has over 19 years of experience in the domain of intellectual property. He commenced his legal career as an intern in the areas of intellectual property and private law at a boutique law firm. He subsequently joined the Trademark Divisional Direction of the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property. During his tenure, he developed his skills as an analyst examiner, participating in the implementation of the Madrid Protocol. He also played an active role in the development and implementation of the online trademark platform and the reform of the Industrial Property Law of 2018. He then served as an analyst supervisor of distinctive signs. His experience also includes copyright and litigation.
Erick is actively involved in all matters entrusted to him by the partners in charge, providing general support to the firm.
