Fernando Cadena: Since 2021, he has been working as an Associate Attorney at AXKT-IP. He is a member of the litigation team, where he has developed a specialized practice in Intellectual Property. His experience includes providing preventive advice and offering legal representation in disputes related to trademarks and copyrights.

 His focus includes strategic analysis and attention to administrative and judicial proceedings, such as infringements, nullities, expirations, cancellations, as well as criminal actions before the Attorney General's Office for crimes related to trademark counterfeiting. He has also participated actively in negotiation and alternative dispute resolution processes, seeking efficient and favorable solutions for clients.

 Additionally, his professional practice encompasses the comprehensive management of clients' trademark portfolios. This includes registration applications, renewals, declarations of use, licenses, and the review and drafting of contracts related to the protection of intangible assets.
