Manuel Pérez is a founding partner of AXKT-IP, S.C., where he leads the Intellectual Property Litigation practice. He has extensive experience in intellectual property and administrative law. He focus his practice mainly in the development and implementation of litigation strategies related to trademarks, patents and unfair competition.
