Eduardo Toledo

Eduardo Toledo is a founding partner of AXKT-IP and has more than 27 years of experience in intellectual property. He has specialized in providing consultation on a variety of matters, including traditional and non-traditional distinctive signs, portfolio management and coordination, litigation, and complex litigation matters both nationally and internationally.

He has advised multinational companies on the administration and protection of their intangible assets at national and international levels, developing comprehensive protection strategies tailored to the unique characteristics of each country. His experience includes copyrights, domain names, franchising, licensing, and the processing of declarations of well-known and famous trademarks.

Eduardo is proactively and closely involved in each of the matters under his responsibility, providing specialized advice and strategic leadership to the professional team under his charge. His approach is distinguished by technical excellence, practical vision, and commitment to the effective protection of his clients' intellectual property rights.

Furthermore, he has presented at international conferences on intellectual property and participated in specialized forums in Tokyo, Berlin, Monterrey, Guadalajara, and Mexico City. In these settings, he has shared his experience on key IP issues at a global level.
