María Romero is an attorney and associate of AXKT-IP's trademark team since 2021. Her practice is focused on intellectual property matters, with a particular emphasis on trademark counseling, prosecution, and litigation. Her experience includes the preparation of availability searches, preparation, filing, prosecution of applications, and the resolution of injunctions and provisional refusals before the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property. She is also skilled in drafting license agreements, franchises, assignments of rights, oppositions, negotiation of coexistence agreements, renewals, and declarations of use.
